Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (Sept. 2019):  On Thursday, September 19, 2019, over 100 guests dined like a president at Trustbridge Hospice Foundation’s exclusive Dinner and a Conversation with former Air Force One Flight Attendant MSgt Tamara Collum and Air Force Two Flight Attendant MSgt Dennis Morris at the Tower Club.

Attendees were treated to scrumptious hors d’oeuvres and a signature welcome drink before sitting down for the main event- a gourmet meal just as a passenger on Air Force One and Air Force Two would experience.  MSgt Collum and MSgt Morris entertained guests with a cooking demonstration and tips and stories from 35,000 feet.

“Trustbridge Hospice Foundation provides much needed end of life care and support to so many families in our community,” said Event Chair Jessica Lerner, CEO of Community Care Plan and Trustbridge Hospice Foundation Advisory Board Member. “I was honored to help raise funds and awareness to ensure these vital services will continue to be available to everyone for many years to come.”

The event raised over $45,000 to support the important hospice programs Trustbridge provides to the community, which are above and beyond traditional hospice services: grief services for children and adults, camps for children, charity care, music therapy, pet therapy and extraordinary comfort.

Sponsors included Aetna, PNC, Absolutely Haven, AMG, CWG Healthcare, Intalere, Kaufman Rossin and Toshiba.
