Hobe Sound, Fla. (Dec. 11, 2018) – On December 10, 78 local golf purists played with the likes of Mark Calcavecchia, Russ Cochran, Morgan Hoffman and Brett Quigley on an illustrious course studded with marshland. Tickets sold out long before tee time for the 6th annual Hospice Signature Golf Classic, presented by JP Morgan Chase & Co. on Monday, December 10 at the Medalist Golf Club.

Prominent players, such as Ryan Amour, Dominic Bozelli, Bud Cauley, Jon Curran, Jaye Marie Green, Dani Holmqvist, Vicky Hurst, Richard Johnson, Tom Lovelady, Steve Marino, Brett Stegmaier, Peter Uihlein and Chase Wright were also spotted on the fairways.

The day started with brunch overlooking the 18th hole.  After the shotgun start, each threesome hit the links with 26 esteemed golf professionals.  Following the tournament, attendees returned to the clubhouse for a cocktail party and awards reception.  First place winners of the tournament were Thomas Kody, TK Kody and Brian Tabb, who were paired with golf professional Bud Cauley.

“This event truly showcases two passions of our community: love of golfing and compassion for others,” said Greg Leach, Trustbridge Hospice Foundation president. “We are so grateful to our sponsors and attendees for demonstrating this each and every year.”

Tom Tracy once again served as event chairperson.  This event was made possible by our generous sponsors: JP Morgan Chase & Co., AMG, Bouchard Insurance, Knight Corporation, Medline Foundation, Trillium Construction and Coastal-Pacific Wine & Spirits of Florida.
