Tournament will Feature Golf Clinic with Craig and Billy Harmon

Hobe Sound, Fla. (Dec. 11, 2017) – Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation and Hospice by the Sea Foundation will once again host the Signature Golf Classic, an annual event held for the most discriminating of golfers.

On Monday, December 11, 2017, 75 players will compete with 25 professional golfers at the Medalist Golf Club, a championship course that counts 22 PGA and LPGA tour pros as members, including Tiger Woods and Rickie Fowler.

The Hospice Signature Golf Classic offers participants a rare opportunity to play one of the nation’s most elite courses and receive invaluable pointers to improve their game in a golf clinic with renowned instructors Craig and Billy Harmon. Craig has been ranked one of Golf Magazine’s Top 100 Teachers since 1996. His brother Billy is ranked one of Golf Digest’s Top 50 instructors and can be seen frequently on the Golf Channel as a panelist on the show “On the Range” or as a guest on “Morning Drive.”

“I am honored to be a part of the tradition that is the fifth annual Signature Golf Classic in support of Hospice. This event allows golfers and the business community the opportunity to participate with PGA professionals on a challenging course, for an afternoon of charity and sportsmanship” said Tom Tracy, Tournament Chairman and Medalist Golf Club Member.

The day will begin with a brunch at 10 a.m., followed by the golf clinic at 11 a.m. The tournament begins with a shotgun start at noon. A cocktail reception awards ceremony will immediately follow the tournament.

This event is being chaired by Tom Tracy. Sponsors include Aetna, AMG, Bouchard Insurance, Homecare Homebase, Knight Corporations, Medline Foundation, PNC Bank and Trillium Construction.
